The Southern Festival of Books: A Celebration of the Written Word is a three-day celebration of books that takes place annually the second full weekend of October at War Memorial Plaza in downtown Nashville. The Festival is free with no tickets or reservations required. The festival features readings, panel discussions, and book signings from some of the country's foremost writers of poetry, fiction, children's literature, mystery, and biography, among other genres.
The Southern Festival of Books is scheduled to be held from October12-14, 2018.
