Utah Division of Arts and Museums has outreach services (including financial assistance) to schools, local arts councils and organizations, community centers, performing groups and individual artists. They sponsor an annual original writing competition and started the "Bite-Size Poetry" program, a series of videos on ther website in which notable Utah poets recite short pieces they've written.
